Most people and a lot of self-proclaimed gurus tell you this: “Be optimistic all of the time!” This may not look that easy to do, and to tell you the truth, it really isn’t easy. Exerting effort in clashing your thoughts results in nothing less than frustration.
It is okay to be optimistic, but it should be done in a set time. You can take a few minutes a day to think of what you want and be optimistic by thinking that you already have it. Imagine that you’re life has changed dramatically because you already have this or that.
Being optimistic is a good thing, but trying hard to be optimistic to the point that you are already plaguing your mind with conflicting thoughts is not. It will upset you and get you frustrated. Remember that you get what you put out so if you continue on doing this, you will just attract more things that will make you upset or frustrated into your life.
Thinking in a positive way can be very helpful in attracting abundance into your life. One of the best ways to practice this is to tell yourself whenever something upsetting happens that no matter what happens, everything will turn out right, it always does.
When you think this way, magical things will start to appear in your life and they will surely amaze you. But remember, never strain yourself on how to make things look positive when they really are not. Let those things be. Be at peace with it.
