Why is peace even relevant or important?
That question is far easier to answer by experience, rather than words. Once the idea of unconditional peace is experienced, there is no longer a need to explain it’s purpose. The sheer contentedness that it brings, silences all worries, doubts and fears – leaving you feeling calm and at ease.
So how do we get there?
Well, I’m a firm believer that unconditional peace is a direct result of unconditional acceptance. Acceptance means letting go of wanting to change what is.
From a purely logical point of view…it’s insane to try to change something that already is, in this moment. The best we can hope for, is to change it at sometime in the future. Also realise, that wanting to change something right now, is not necessary to actually change it. In fact, they rarely have much to do with each other.
And…how would we let go of wanting to change what is?
I’m sure you could have guessed that I’m going to suggest EFT

A simple process you could use is to ask yourself: “What am I wanting to change right now? Then simply tap on letting go of wanting to change that.
Or, you could just ask yourself to let go of wanting to change that. Both work, I’ve tried!
So, what’s should you do next in order to put this info to work immediately?
I suggest you go ahead and find a calm, quiet place. Ask yourself: “What am I wanting to change right now?” Then let go of wanting to change that either by simply choosing to or by using EFT. Gauge the difference for yourself!
