And guess what came up…my Morning Ritual.
Why?
Well, it get’s me into the perfect state of mind to start the day. I organize myself, get clear on my goal, remove any internal blocks, choose action steps and commit to certain tasks.
I can honestly say that my productivity and all round happiness with my progress in all facets of my life have improved DRAMATICALLY thanks to my morning ritual.
Now, I must warn you, ingraining the ritual was challenging (as it can be for the lazy folk like me) but…boy oh boy was it worth it.
Every weekday morning for the last few months, I wake up and perform the same one and a half hour ritual to start off my day. It doesn’t take any thought or will power. And it does it’s job wonderfully.

Let’s chat a little about what I do and in what order:
- 5 Minute Energy Drill (a bunch of brain balancing exercises);
- 15 minutes of light cardio;
- Shower;

- Action Step Brainstorm – release on blocks if necessary;
- Plan tasks for the day;
- Goal Visualization;
- Breakfast.
I highly recommend you consider setting up your own ritual. Use tools and procedures you’re familiar with and come up with something you believe will improve your day.
