The Teachings of Carol Look and What Can We Learn From It

The skill to make an actual change in people by using EFT is what makes Carol Look famous. She also started branching out to teaching plans on how to make use of EFT to attract wealth. I will be sharing a couple of what I’ve learned from her work.

Lesson #1: The problem we think is not always what we think it is

One of the things that hit me about Carol’s work is that she’s very proficient at checking and discovering the actual problem behind the problem. Time and again, we’ll want to tap out some kind of feelings and it seems obstinate – it just doesn’t work as well as we wished for.

What Carol then does is ask smart queries like: “What’s preventing you from attaining x?”

She goes into more particular issues such as worthiness, competence, and wishes. She uncovers the features that contribute to every one of those issues and taps them out.

Ask queries such as: “Why don’t I trust I deserve to have x?” or “Why don’t I trust I’m capable of having x?”

Those usually draw out the primary sources, which can be swiftly taken care of with EFT.

Lesson #2: The daily gratitude journal’s power

I’d heeded about gratitude journals from at least a couple instructors before Carol. Nevertheless, she had really pointed out about the authority behind them and confirmed me true world outcomes. That is what I required to take the next step and start my own.

Since then the outcome have been remarkable and I highly propose it to any person.

The essential thought is that you note down about 10 to 20 things for which you are grateful, each day. These could be small or big things. Something like: “I’m grateful for the great climate today!” works great.

By noting these down, in your own handwriting, you confirm constructive thoughts within your mind. After a while, this pattern raises your vibration, making it more constructive and more authoritative. This in turn attracts more constructive into your life!

The great way to get into the habit of carrying out a gratitude journal is to set aside a precise time in which you will do it each day. If possible, this should be in the morning before you start your day. This way, it’s much tougher for you to get disrupted or purely overlook about the job.

To take it an additional step, you could arrange an incentive for yourself so that when you concluded your journal, you’re permitted to have something you really like. I love using chocolate chip cookies! You could arrange a punishment too. One that I often use is that if I don’t load in my journal I gave my baby sister 30 bucks. She’s great at inspecting up on my journal.

I trust that you found this concise outline of Carol Look’s teachings valuable. Apply the lessons to your own life and experience the change.
